About Charmaine Dudek

Charmaine will motivate and guide you to build a solid foundation through reconnection of breath and functional movement patterns throughout every levels of fitness.

Charmaine is a Certified Personal Trainer who turned her interests into a passion when completing her Health Wellness and Fitness Diploma at Mohawk College in 2018. Char fell upon the love of helping and educating women shortly after graduating and becoming part of the Pelvic health team at The World Of My Baby. Char continues  to educate and keep herself current through multiple certifications and workshops specializing as pre/postnatal care.

Char is a mother to her son, daughter and fur baby Hope. She enjoys spending most of her summers staying active camping, hiking, biking or relaxing on the beach with her family and friends.

Services

Personal Training (in-person)

1-hour Personal training sessions.  We will work through a dynamic warm up and cool down following each session. Working with you to reach your specific goals safely. These sessions are appropriate for all levels of fitness. Working in the comfort of your home or my home gym.

Personal Training (via Zoom)

40 min personal training session, unlike your workout video I will be live and interactive to ensure you are being pushed while maintaining good form throughout your session.

*Having a solid foundation of movement patterns prior to participating in a live session is recommended but not necessary 

 

Nutrition/ Fitness Accountability

Zoom calls, phone calls or text messages to help keep you accountable and on top of your goals. I will keep you accountable and guide you to find the balance that fits your lifestyle. Live your life  healthy and happy without strict rules and meal plans.

Pre/Post Natal Pilates 

Restore your pelvic floor and/or diastasis recti.  Rehab classes for women who have been referred from the Pelvic health team at The WOMB.

Mommy Bootcamps

Get outside and lets get sweaty and meet new friends while social distancing! First half of your class we will use strollers for lunges, squats light jogging or walking and the second half we will move to mat work. Mondays at 10:30am. 

Our Location

FitxFood specializes in pre-natal and post-natal fitness classes including pilates, mommy bootcamp, stroller fit and personal sessions.  Personal training is available in person and via Zoom.  FitxFood is located in Waterdown and welcomes clients from the Hamilton area and surrounding areas such as Burlington, Milton and Mississauga.

Charmaine is a great trainer. She has helped me recover from past injuries and has motivated me to stay in shape and get stronger. She cares about her customers.
